Tradies Combined was engaged by Spotless/ Darling Harbour ICC to modifying the existing plasterboard wall at the Convention Centre (Level 2, Exhibition Hall) to reinforce the wall for future flush screen installation.

This project includes site protection, plasterboard removal, installation of new internal framing, metal angle beads, setting and finishing, installation of two access panels, and full painting to match existing surfaces.

Tradies Combined completed full wall and ceiling reinstatement works to deliver a seamless, paint-ready interior aligned with the client’s specifications.

Our team framed open ceiling sections and installed 13mm plasterboard to close existing openings, cavities, and previous cutouts. All former light-fitting openings were professionally corrected, including rectifying substandard repairs left by another contractor.

Plasterboard joints were set using a two-coat base and topcoat system, with external angle beads fitted to all corners to ensure crisp, durable edges. Walls and ceilings were sanded smooth for a flawless finish.

The project was finalised with the installation of cladding boards as per the client’s drawings, resulting in a high-quality, fully prepared interior ready for painting and final fit-out.

Tradies Combined completed a full-property renovation, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal throughout the home.

The works began with the demolition and complete refurbishment of the existing toilet areas, including new waterproofing, tiling, painting, and the installation of modern vanities. An internal wall was removed to create an additional toilet, where our team carried out all plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, and fittings for a new toilet with shower.

Outdoor works included the installation of new backyard decking to elevate the external living space. The renovation was finalised with a full repaint of the interior and façade, delivering a clean, modern, and refreshed appearance.

The result is a thoroughly upgraded home with durable finishes and improved usability across all areas.

Tradies Combined supplied and installed durable wall protection across approximately 360 m of high-traffic areas, including lift foyers, corridors, and storerooms.

The scope included stainless steel checker plates and multi-colour Acrovyn panels, complete with corner guards, all fitted to precise client specifications. Our team ensured careful handling and meticulous installation to achieve a flush, uniform, and highly resilient finish.

Tradies Combined delivered a full fit-out of new operations offices, converting an open space into a functional, modern working environment.

The project included supplying and installing new vinyl flooring in common areas and carpet in office rooms. New office spaces were constructed with plasterboard partitions, complete with doors and windows, and finished with a full repaint to achieve a clean, professional look.

To support the workspace layout, we installed adjustable-height desks and completed all required electrical works, including umbilicals for safe and discreet power distribution to each workstation. Window frosting was applied to enhance privacy while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic.

The result is a well-equipped, practical office fit-out designed for efficient day-to-day operations.
