Tradies Combined delivered ceiling remediation and custom joinery works within a residential property, ensuring a clean, cohesive, and functional outcome.

The project included full site protection and the installation of new plasterboard to repair a 1500mm x 2000mm ceiling opening. The area was fully set, sanded, and painted to achieve a seamless finish that blends into the existing ceiling.

In the bedroom, custom joinery was designed, supplied, and installed to conceal exposed pipes and house a new air-conditioning unit. Durable white laminated panels with accessible service points were used to ensure both practicality and a refined appearance.

The result is a polished, integrated upgrade that enhances the home’s comfort and presentation.
